Vital Plan Reviews

I’ve been taking Vital Plan for a little over a month now, and I do think my energy feels a little more even. I’m not as blah as I was before, so that’s a plus. But it definitely wasn’t some quick, dramatic change, and that kind of made me question it for a while. When something costs this much and takes time to notice, it’s hard not to feel a little unsure about whether you can fully trust it. The pills are easy enough to take, and I’m going to keep watching how I feel. Giving it 4 stars because it does seem to be helping, just not enough yet for me to be completely sold.

I was expecting a bit more from the ingredients list. It all seemed average to me, but maybe I’m just being picky?

I’ve been using Vital Plan for a few months now, and overall I’ve had a decent experience. The supplements seem well-made, shipping has been reliable, and the website is simple enough to navigate without any hassle.
That said, the pricing is definitely the part that makes me hesitate. If you’re only buying one product it might feel reasonable, but once you add a couple things to your routine, it gets expensive quickly. I don’t think it’s a bad brand, I’m just not totally convinced the value is there for me long term.

I had to reach out to customer support about my order, and to be fair, they did eventually get back to me. But this is where it got annoying, the response took longer than I expected, and when they finally replied, it wasn’t super clear. I ended up having to ask a follow-up question just to fully understand what was going on. They were helpful in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but it definitely wasn’t great either. Average overall.

I really wish I had been more careful before using this service. I thought I had cancelled, but then I got billed again anyway. Support took a while to respond, and I had to keep following up just to get my refund sorted out. the whole thing was more hassle than it was worth, and I regret giving it a try. I won’t be using them again.

My order showed up packed well and nothing was missing, so that was good. Shipping did take a couple days longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, but the tracking worked ok the whole time. Overall, good experince, just wish it got here a bit faster
